The directions are not well written so I just figured it out from the drawings in the instructions. All parts were included contrary to the previous comments. It cannot carry a lot but it is good in my small apartment.
Literally bought it in store and it only came with poles I dont have the screws or the attachments or the wheels, so basically useless.
Easy to assemble. Easy to move. Very reasonable price. I bought 4. Well made and packaged.
The rack was relative easy to put together, even by one person although there is a place where it is nice to have an extra set of hands. I bought 4 of these. One of them was missing a nut to hold one of the wheels on. I had to use shipping tape. Once assembled they rolled easily. The rack holds about 40? shirts without showing any distress. The price was very reasonable. Overall a great purchase.
unable to line up holes for knobs that hold on the extension. finally gave up and basically do not have two extensions. instructions useless and difficult to readbecause of small font

The base poles have no threads to attach it to the base. I need a refund or workable parts.

Bottom rods cannot be screwed together. There is not thread at the end. Manufacturing problem? Anyway, this item should be recalled, it is useless.

I'll be returning. I bought in store. I 2nd, 3rd and 4th all the reviews that mention the bottom supports not having anything for the screw to thread into. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
