Simply Essential™ Tall Hamper with Wheels in White/Grey

I live in apt building with elevator and one wheel popped off, and now useless.

Every time I touch this thing a new piece of plastic breaks off, whether it be by the wheels or the side handles or the grey roller handle. It’s flimsy and terribly made, not durable at all. Don’t waste your money.

How do you recommend?

This broke the first time I used it! One side of the pull handle snapped off as I was wheeling it to the laundry room. So I picked it up by the carry handles, and one of those broke too! I only had 2 normal sized loads of regular clothes in the basket, nothing heavy or unusual. It was a gift from my registry, so hopefully I can return it without having to go back to the person who bought it, because of course she is going to feel bad that this happened. And it's the holidays, which means return lines will be out the door. Real nice waste of our time and money. One star because I can't leave 0. Nothing good about this product. Even the angle of the pull handle is awkward. Just bad all around.

Worked perfectly well for about 2 months. Didn't overfill with heavy laundry items. Household of 2. The handle broke while rolling it. Too late to return to the store. Will see if the manufacturer's warranty will replace.

I live in an apartment building. The first time I took my laundry down stairs using the handle to roll it the handle broke off the section it was connected to. When I attempted to carry it by side the plastic lip broke to the point I had to carefully drag it by the one none broken side of the rim. Waste of money.

Not even one day of using this basket the handle broke off. Made with cheap plastic. I would not recommend this to anyone. For the price not worth it.
