Sleek Elegance Personalized Stainless Steel Wine Chiller

Engraving was terrible. Looks like the engravers wiped the item with a wire brush. Lots of scratches across the engraving and very hard to see anyway. I can't believe they sent us this product. To make it worse, the store gave me a terrible time when I tried to return a defective product. Even though it was engraved, you should still be able to return a damaged item. After many calls, I finally was able to return the product. Very disappointed.

Received product which had scratches and dents. Bought as a Christmas gift but could not give it. Would NOT recommend purchasing this product.

Item arrived with deep and superficial scratches and smudges all over it—I was very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. It literally looked as if it got into a fight right before being packaged. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Looks beautiful in picture but when received was very disappointed because it came with scratches and black marks. I did not feel I could give as a gift, unfortunately I had to return! I’m sure the damages were done when personalizing. I would not recommend product.

Beware - my chiller arrived with two big scratches on the stainless steel. These scratches could not have occurred during shipping. They are very obvious so after the item was personalized, they sent it with obvious scratches over an inch in length. I can’t give this gift and must return it.

It's nice, very sturdy. Just wish it kept my wine more chill.
