Sincerely Disappointed ☹️. What was advertised as GOLD SPARKLES looks like Dirty colored dark brown spots like Freckles, I bought this for a gift for a friend who has sparkling personality. I will not gift this towel, it really looks like a cheap flea market item, but it was not cheap in cost. Sadly I have No real return options, bed bath & beyond does not allow returns on custom orders, so I guess I’ll donate it and be out the money. I showed this towel to 2 people to get unbiased opinion, they feel exactly the same as I do. Additionally there are several weird scrapes/damaged looking marks on it, like a press that customized the towel was too hot and melted it in different places. I will try to send photos for u to view. Do yourself a favor and rethink this one. I have been pleased with all other bed bath beyond purchases. This was my first custom order.

This product said it would be delivered by 06/13 and I have not heard anything or been giving tracking number but the charge has be taken out of my account for order. Also I have the same issue with another purchase. They have taken it out of my account but know product yet.

I understand that with covid 19 all deliveries are delayed but for my order to still be in process since May 4th is unacceptable. I haven't even gotten any updates about my purchase since May 8th.
