While the baskets themselves are sturdy and seem fine, the measurements are off. It's 8 tall and at the widest it's 11x12.

Bought these to organize a small closet. They are the perfect size to fit several on a shelf.

My basket arrived the morning - size, color exactly what I needed. I use this on the back of my scooter for shopping. The last one I bought in 2012 unfortunately rusted. The sad change is the quality. The metal used in 2012 was much thicker and more solid (paid about the same price). This one is pretty flimsy and don't expect it will last. Certainly useful, but the quality has gone done
