Squared Away™ Large Metal Mesh Cabinet Bin in Matte Nickel

I probably have every size and material bin known to mankind. These sturdy little guys are my favorite. The handles speak for themselves, the mesh doesn't allow many crumbs or small particles to accumulate, and they slide out easily. I use them in my bathroom, my kitchen and the laundry room. So pleased.

I like organizing cupboards, pantry and drawers with bins. I love these handles. So easy to help slide out and still keep everything neat. Also, with the mesh material, no more accumulation of small crumbs or particles. And boy, are they sturdy.

The online description says that the bin is 10” x 4” x 5”. I ordered online and picked up in store. As soon as I saw the bins, I knew they were far larger than the listed size. I also knew I was cutting it close for putting them in the cabinets I’ve planned to put them, but I took them with me just in case. Of course, they don’t fit. The label on the bins themselves is correct, 10” x 8” x 5”. When I pointed out the discrepancy to the sales associate and asked her if she could inform the appropriate person, she said she couldn’t, because, she said, “I’m store, that’s online.” Hmmm. So, I don’t work there, yet I have to and am able to report it, but she is unable to? So, now I have to report it, and make another trip to return them.

I've been using a lot of plastic bins for the kitchen. They aren't bad, they're mostly hidden but I decided to try this mesh bin for 2 reasons: It's more attractive/neutral and easier to keep clean. Crumbs, debris fall through the mesh and are easily swiped up. While it's generally more expensive than the plastic, I really like it. I'll probably be buying more once I finish my move.

Getting more organized made much easier with these wire baskets. They hold more than I thought. And are very attractive.

I moved to a new house and wanted to start things off right by organizing my bathroom cabinet storage. This is the right size for many items (cleaning supplies, extra shampoo, etc). I'm trying to decrease my use of plastic items so this sturdy metal bin is perfect. I bought several.

I bought the last 3 in the store. Went on line and ordered 4 more. I use them to organize food and cleaning products in my pantry and upstairs in my closet for my cleaning supplies up there.
