Had used the squatty potty and then finally got this flip version. What a difference! This flip version which is positioned higher than then the regular is necessary to get the proper height for more petite individuals. I'm 4' 11 and this is a much better squatty potty for my needs.
I had had a white plastic squatty potty before and really liked it. I thought I'd spend the extra money to have a bamboo one this time since it would look better. I'm sorry that I did. I want my white plastic one back. First, putting it all together yourself - even as a person who loves putting together IKEA furniture - was hard. I was very unsure which angle/side/piece went with which other angle/side/piece. When it was together and it wasn't flat I was even more puzzled. Second, while on the one hand you can flip it to be either taller or shorter, no matter how you have it your feet are at an angle to slide off.

You need to assemble this. They supposedly give you all of the tools but screws would not penetrate the wood even with the somewhat ore drilled holes. Definitely need a powered tool. But I’m worried it will splinter the wood. Do not waste your time or money with this. I will be returning this.
It worked great for me. Helped clear 3 months of fecal matter easily. Highly recomend.

I should’ve bought one of the ones that were already put together. You can’t make this perfect. It’s hit or miss and a little wobbly. I cannot stand anything that isn’t level. One side is perfect but I cannot get the other one to do what I want, it’s slightly off.
Very nicely made and useful . Definitely would buy again and the price is right
