So far after about 3 weeks I am loving my coffee maker! The coffe comes out very hot, which compared to other pod devises is a desired thing. The best cup of coffee I have ever made at home hands down! Espresso pods are amazing as well! Just wish we had reusable pods for this machine! Money well spent!
I've had this frother for less than 2 weeks and it is already broken! The lid and the stirring mechanism broke off! So disappointed!

I love my machine and I love to have the variety of options you have at hand, Ive been looking for about a week and the prices are ridiculous !! what's going on???

I can't get my machine to heat up and it doesn't work. What should I do? Would descaling it even help?

What do you do with your machine now? Is Starbucks buying it back? We used the machine everyday and was very happy. I think they sould offer a fair trade, coffee for the machine.

My daughter gave me my machine for Christmas the first year it came out. I use it everyday without a problem!

We performed monthly maintenance on machine and it still didn't last. Horrible warranty! Save your money! Customer service basically said, ”sorry, nothing we can do to help!”

descaled on a regular basis and the machine still quit working after about 8 months of very light usage. Very disappointed We had boxes of pods left and nothing to do with them. We replaced the machine with a different brand and have been very happy.

good coffee maker, but would be more appreciated if the unit is not made fully of plastic, 580 version was better

We've had the machine for 3 years and love it. Now we are a bit worried about the water leaking into the used-pod container and not always pushing through the pod. Hope they support the existing machine and make more if we need to replace it.
