FOR THE PRICE OF THIS TOY KITCHEN IT SHOULD BE OF BETTER QUALITY! SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON THE PLASTIC COUNTERS OF THE KITCHEN AND THICK UNEVEN SEAMS OF THE UPPER PARTS OF THE KITCHEN. I WILL BE UPLOADING PHOTOS SOON. I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS SHE LOVES TO COOK AND PLAY IN IT HOWEVER DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY. NOT SURE IF MINE WAS JUST DEFECTIVE OR IF THEY ARE ALL MADE LIKE THIS. FOR THE PRICE I WAS DIAPPOINTED.

I hold several emotions when it comes to this purchase. Let’s start here, my children received this toy from Santa and it was the hit of Christmas morning! They already love being in the kitchen with me, so this made out great as they love to role play with each other. It’s a great size, easy set up, and comes with some good stuff to start the kids with. However, I have a few downsides to it, starting with, for the price of this, I excepted a lot more. Not only did my box come slightly damaged, but I didn’t realize until setting it up that someone had definitively had this before me. Some of the pieces were already together and some stickers already in their places. Now it’s the night before Christmas I’m setting this up, what was I supposed to do? I didn’t want to not give my babies their biggest gift, so continuing, I notice I’m missing some pieces and once completed things were a little off. Not to mention, the grill top came broken as if it was forced. At this point in tears, I had no way to fix this, but I figured no big deal I’ll contact the company. My kids are so young (4, 1/2) that they wouldn’t notice the way I would. Fast forward I call the company, they again send me the wrong parts and it still won’t fit. I contact them again, they send a whole new base, which I appreciated. They sent a new grill top as well, however that didn’t fit. The service is great and I will contact them again, I’m just upset that again for the price I paid and the company alone, I would’ve expected a lot more. It’s also upsetting because this wasn’t just a random purchase, this was a Christmas gift. My 4 year old is aware enough it was missing pieces and I had to fix it, I explained the elves made a boo-boo when building, but still. So with that being said, I wouldn’t say don’t purchase this product, but I’d say look into before anything and be prepared

It was a little smaller than we expected. They are a good height for Toddlers and Threes but a little small for 4 and up

Took a long time to put together - very awkward - missing some stickers and some parts.

We bought this for some friends children. They sent videos of the 3 kids playing with it. It looked like everyone was very excited and having a great time. Ordered through the Step 2 website. Super Easy and smooth transaction. We were disappointed by a retail outlet at Christmas, so it was great to have a simple transaction and see some happy smiling faces.

Love the kitchen except for a few things. I think for the amount of money, it could have a microwave with sounds in the buttons and maybe a little light inside, and same with the fridge. It also needs a few shelves that will actually hold items so they don't fall out, and a few more groceries. The groceries it DOES have are great,but there's no milk, juice, eggs, butter, cheese to go in the fridge, and there's also no canned goods to go in the cabinets whatsoever It all arrived in perfect condition and went together well. BUT...I did receive decals for the condiment bottles with some sort of chinese pictures on them instead of the normal mayo, mustard, ketchup etc that goes on them so they are bare right now, and I cant get in touch with customer service! Please send the right decals!

My daughter loves it and she's only 2.5yo. She cooks cleans and best of all, she makes me coffee haha " what would you like mommy?" I love my new chef even more :)
