Step2® Kitchen Grand Delights

So I purchased this kitchen for my daughter for Christmas. Upon putting it together, it was missing the battery operated burner, the phone, the hanging hooks, all the screws, some stickers, and a few other parts. I also broke the refrigerator door trying to open it wider than a crack. I think if it had all of it parts and the refrigerator door would open all the way it would be a cute play kitchen.

Didn’t come with the plush dog or actual fake food as advertised on the box and description.

Perfect size for 2 to 5yr olds. It took three orders before we received one that wasn’t missing parts or defective. Arrived fairly quickly. Does not include and play food as shown on box.

To whom it may concern, I recently purchased the Step2® Kitchen Grand Delights. Just an fyi as I am sure you know from the many reviews listed - 1. The fridge door that is already installed on the product DOES NOT function properly (it does not open correctly). Someone must have said “screw it” and sent out thousands of faulty products out to your customer stores. Very disappointing. 2. The person labeling the stickers for this product needs to be fired. The stickers are completely and obvious mislabeled. My one year old could have done a better job. Wow. 3. The holes for the 6 hooks that are supposed to pop into the top of the kitchen set are not drilled big enough. Even with much force I could not pop them in. I had to get a knife and carve a larger hole. Seriously? For a product worth this much money I would have expected more. Very poor manufacturing. Would not recommend. Thanks for nothing.

Missing pieces and the pre drilled holes do not allow door to open.

Love all the interactive parts! Some reviews showed their item arriving with silver pots and pans. I was really hoping the one I ordered would too but it came with copper ones. At least half the stickers weren’t labeled correctly but they weren’t hard to figure out. I do wish there were holes for the screws. Just keep in mind you’ll have to drill those yourself. Overall it’s an adorable little set and I can’t wait for my daughter to play with it on Christmas!

Bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves it and is playing with it all the time.

The kitchen is made well. My 1 year old plays with it daily. It came with silver pots, pans & spoons rather than the copper ones pictured, but it matches better! Looks like it should come with more stickers, but according to the picture some sticker spots remain blank. I would recommend the product.
