I love mine. I have it on all the time as it gives off such a warm, cozy vibe. It was so easy to hang - just like a picture!
My fireplace showed up damaged with a dent and screen all out of place. I will be returning it

I bought two of these and they were great while they lasted. They have orange "burning logs" and moving orange "flames" which were very relaxing. Then, after two months, they started making noise and shortly afterward the flames stopped moving in both of them. From the sound they made, it seems that the motors for the moving flame effect failed.
Really loved this and am so disappointed it will not turn on. I have only had it 2 mos. This seems like a common thing after reading the other posts. Is there a way of trouble shooting it to fix it? I really loved it. I feel sad its not working. I have checked the cords and the switch.

Loved this and now it has stopped working. It was quite noisy and now it won’t even turn on. So disappointed.

This was awesome for the short amount of time it actually worked. It started getting really noisy, then it just stopped flickering.
I brought this in November 2022 and began using it infrequently. I went to use it in February 2023 and now it only lights up. There no fake flame or even the noise anymore.
Like so many others, ours stopped working in under a month’s time.
not even 1 month, not working
Did not come with the cord. I could use batteries but I bought it so that I could plug it in.
