This is a very nice vanity seat. It’s strong and sturdy. The seat is comfortable and the fabric is attractive and substantial. I’m glad I bought it.

I purchased this when it was on sale and I'm glad I did. It's exactly what I have been looking for. The stool cushion comes wrapped in plastic that is easily removed when you unscrew the cushion from the frame. The plastic has a seam in it like things that are vacuum sealed in plastic packaging material... it's definitely meant to be taken off. It took me five minutes to go grab a screwdriver and pair of scissors and get it off. Once the plastic was off, the cushion did have a strong chemical smell so I let it sit in a corner for a few days. Now it's completely fine. Very comfortable. Matches the grey/black color scheme of where I'm going to put it.

I love the metal leg stool, I would have prefer that it not been covered with plastic. But I will still give it a 10 because the size and length of it.

I am using these as seats for me to use to put on my shoes. I always take off my shoes when coming into the house, and switch to my 'house shoes'. The vanity seats (i got 2) are perfect for me to use to put on my shoes! and by having two, a friend can put on her shoes as well.

i wanted something not too large to use for sitting space when putting on shoes. these are perfect as i can have side by side or across from each other. perfect!

I needed a stool so my (somewhat spoiled) small dog could see out the window. This was perfect! There was another review saying that the plastic cover could not be removed and that the stool was not sturdy. It took me 2 seconds to peel the plastic off; it was completely removable. Also, even though I purchased it for my dog, I would feel comfortable sitting on it without concern.
