I purchased this mower to cut my fenced in front yard. Price was within budget, and I was impressed when it arrived at the size. As I always like to have replacement blades on hand (not have to wait 1 week for new blade to arrive) was shocked and upset to see that the required replacement blade was DISCONTINUED! I contacted SJ Customer service and they agreed to refund the purchase amount. I did not have to get into a discussion as for the reason for returning the mower. A MOWER WITHOUT A BLADE, BECOMES A VERY LARGE PAPERWEIGHT! Customer service is the ONLY reason I gave it 2 Stars! It is a good business practice that if you are going to discontinue replace parts then remove the product, not sell it knowing there are no replacement parts!

This was the worst purchase I have made in a long time. There is no cutting power, the blade rips grass; does not properly cut the grass; and this was for a small yard, low height, well maintained lawn.

My yard is pretty small. This is a great product for me because I am no mechanic and I don't want to mess with engines (or batteries). Just plug it in and go. Very pleased with this purchase. Shopped around and got a great price.

(fast shipment & easy to assemble) My first Sunjoe product was the MJ401E lawnmower. After owning it for many years, I decided to treat myself to an upgrade. The MJ402E is durable and helps me get the job done in a timely manner. I love the 6- position height adjustments. The MJ402E is the perfect fit for my small yard.

Purchased this because I'm 80 and trying to maneuver a gas mower became difficult. My SunJoe is lightweight and once you get a system on maneuvering the cord, is perfect for the backyard. Makes me still feel useful.

This is one of the smaller mowers available. It does not act like it. I don't have a large area to mow and this mower is powerful and leaves a clean cut.
