Its what I expected from an electric washer not bad but where the supply hose hooks up sucks leaked like crazy barely screwed on by a thread. Had to use the supply hose from my washing machine [ worked really good ] to use the first time.I read online this is a big problem why haven't they fixed this? and if so send me the part.
The SPX4000 has water intake on the front and water spray hose outlet on the back. Therefore, moving either direction typically involves interference from one of the hoses. It could be SunJoe has already determined there is also plenty of movement interference if both ports were on the back side. Also, there are too many complaints that the plastic water intake on the front is liable to fail quickly so why not make a brass connector the default?

Used it one time last season, went to use it this year and the hose would not connect and can’t find a replacement hose. Ridiculous! Don’t buy!

My girlfriend bought me a SPX 4000 max, I have had it for 8 months. today for no reason the high presure outlet pipe cracked and leaked all over the place. I called to order a new part, however they don't make one? So if you have one, keep in mind the limited replacement parts made available to customers. Buy something you can repair, and not always replacing! I'll never buy a Sun Joe, ot Snow Joe product again!

After only 3 or 4 uses, the spray wand will not stay attached to the hand grip. Specifically, a knurled brass retainer comes out of its plastic holder. Very disappointing. Snow Joe wasn't any help saying only that the product was out of warranty and the part needed was not in stock.

why would they put the nozzle caddy on the bottom behind the power cable. Seems any thinking engineer could have mounted the caddy to the pressure hose holder? The machine performs well and I do like the adjustable soap and power controls but the nozzle tips? Really guys

Cleaned my driveway and gutters and soffits. May take a little longer than the commercial gas washers, but for the price and it's yours after you use it, it's perfect.
