So far so good. I like the different nozzles and the soap dispenser/nozzle combination is better yuan my last one. I didn't really notice the extra psi with the Sun Joe but honestly I didn't need more than 1500 psi for the cleaning and car washing I do. I have two complaintseparate so far. One, the real for the high pressure hose had a piece broken off in the box. There was no box damage so I would guess it was done by handling during manufacture. It isn't a big deal (or a big piece, say 3" at the edge of the spool) and I just let it go. The second is that I wish it had a longer pressure hose. I can deal with what it has but another 5' would have been better.
Its a very nice little pressure wash nicely built. But the PSI is rated for 1450psi. The 2030 PSI is an advertisement pitch. The rated psi for this washer is running at 1450psi witch is on the very low end. Kind of a disappointment.

After using the spx3001 off and on for about 5 hours, the pressure washer failed. It started spraying and then stopping, and repeating this endlessly. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT. It is not an inexpensive power washer and obviously poorly made. Don't waste you money on this piece of crap. I would never buy another SunJoe product.

The GFCI assembly at end of power cable cracked and they don't offer a replacement GFCI or cable assembly. Seemed to work the two time i used it

Purchased this model a few years ago and is now out of warranty. Late last year I discovered a major leak from a brass fitting contained in the hose reel. I sent in a photo to Sun Joe and was told there was no way of replacing not only the brass fitting, but not even the hose reel assembly. No wonder there are no parts schematics online, that should have been a clue. Bottom line, an expensive pressure washer used a handful of times is now junk due to the unavailability of a part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are in the market for an electric pressure washer look no further than the SPX3001! I had been wanting to pick up an electric pressure washer for washing my cars but decided to do some research and am glad I did. The SPX3001 not only meets my pressure washing needs but it exceeds them, I really like how it comes with 5 different angle nozzles. Another aspect that really surprised me was that it is no where near as loud as other electric pressure washers I have used in the past. It provides a great amount of water pressure and makes washing my cars a breeze! I'd have to say without a doubt that my favorite feature is the hose reel, it makes cleaning up so and keep the hose organized so much easier! I definitely recommend the SPX3001 if you are in the market for a great electric pressure washer.

I used the product once and then the motor gave out. Tried contacting the support line and they told me to wait until someone responded. I followed up after 6 weeks and was told to be patient, that reaching out would only cause more delay. Well, it has been 4 months and missed an entire summer of use and I am still left with a product that doesn't work. Buyer beware! Terrible product with terrible support!
