The windows are sealed and no air is getting in and it's still cold. These are the perfect blackout curtains that we've used so far! These definitely keep all light out which is perfect for them days when we may watch movies or on days to keep the sun out! They are the perfect length for standard windows and I will highly recommend to friends and family!

These are a wonderful product for those who wake up when it gets light outside and disturbs your sleep. I found that I was able to sleep longer without interference from daylight. The only light that shows through is around edges.

Not only the gray color, but the actual filtering of the light. They definitely work. They are heavy too and I did notice they do reflect some of the air that can creep in any window. Nicely made too. Like I said, they are heavy and thick but not bulky that they do not hang correctly when hung up. I like them.
