When I draw them closed my room literally goes dark and I love it! I need total darkness when going to bed and these curtains definitely do the trick. I highly recommend these if your goal is darkness.

The grey look really pulls the room together. The fabric is nice and lightweight. It feels kind of like a lighter vinyl. I think it will wash well and look even better after washing and ironing.

I don’t care for the material though, it has a sheer to it I don’t care for and it is very thin that there is already a small scratch I would say in them. When I touch them sometimes they feel kind of outdoor material like and not a soft curtain material I prefer but I do like the color.

Even around the edges there isn't much. They are also just heavy and thick enough to keep out drafts as well. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this set of two thick, insulated, 100% blackout grommet sun blocking curtain panels in the grey colored Cameron design and I am very happy with them. My previous curtain panels were also the sun blocking kind but the sun still noticeably came through daily (they were 10 years old too). These new panels are great! not only is the sun not showing through in the afternoon anymore but these also have my AC coming on less often! The grey color compliments my blue walls well too and I feel more calm and relaxed being in the room. These are keepers!

I’ve tried many different blackout curtains and unlike many others I’ve tried, these don’t have any light seeping through. They’re also perfect for a more simplistic look. The fabric isn’t too thin and they definitely keep the heat out & the air in. I recommend!
