Sunnydaze 9-Foot Solar LED Octagon Patio Umbrella

I ordered three of these umbrellas for our backyard. They arrived on or near the promised day. One was very difficult to raise and lower, but I wasn’t sure why. On day 38 after my order (day 31 after delivery, and a vacation in between) I realized why it was so difficult: the rope/twine that is laced into the umbrella to raise it is mis-threaded. I tried to process a replacement or return, and a) the online chat customer service system is terrible (they try to sign you up for welcome rewards before asking you your issue; they pledge one time and take four times that to respond), and b) on the third attempt on day 32 post-delivery, I was informed that umbrellas have a 30 day return policy, despite my needing to return to for a faulty product. They suggested I process a parts replacement under warranty. Check the photos. I’m not sure how the parts replacement works on this full mis-thread. The other two work fine.

Great umbrella. Not big fan of white led. I prefer more gold tone. Not very bright anyway. Umbrella itself is worth it

The color of the umbrella I purchased faded badly. When I complained to the Sunnydaze company, they very willingly refunded my money.
