Swiffer® WetJet Floor Mop Starter Kit

Assembly of Wet Jet is correct, as near as I can tell from the sparse directions. Batteries inserted, lights go on but no spray. Per instructions, the fluid bottle is inserted correctly, but bottle does not lock in place as stated in instructions and no cleaning fluid is ejected. Tried "squeezing"the bottle to no avail. I'll offer a review if it ever functions.

I love the product but it doesn’t last long. I’ve had to buy two in a one year. Because the motor doesn’t last .I only use it once a week and have a small apartment

First time I used this it was great, now NOTHING! I am so frustrated bought new batteries still nothing.

I have been using the same Swiffer WetJet Mop for 5 years and now the nozzle have clogged? stopped working. I have soaked in vinegar and brushed the nozzles, it worked that use, but when I go to use it again same thing nozzles do not spray. I think there needs to be an improvement on the nozzles. I will buy a new one soon.

Great when it worked. I only used it less than a half dozen times....but the end kept disconnecting from the handle...constantly. I ended up throwing it in the trash mid-clean this morning. Your product needs to be more sturdy. It definitely can't scrub like the claims. I barely added pressure and the end kept becoming detached. Junk.

I believe this needs to be highly improved for the price that is charged.

Used Vinyl, Tile and Laminate solution on my new house floors for a few months. My dog started slipping on the floors, had to lay down runner rugs for her to walk safely. Floors began to discolor and get sticky feeling. Used non-cleaning solution (water only) and after SEVERAL cleanings have restored the floors to new condition. WILL NOT USE the Swiffer products again. Am VERY Disappointed. Floor manufacturer DOES NOT recommend Swiffer OR steam mops. This severely limits cleaning options.

Just like other reviews stopped working and I loved this for quick cleaning simple and light to use. Being OAP I don’t have the income to keep replaying it.
