The seiffer stopped dispensing floor cleaner. I check the fluid bottle(full). I replaced the batteries. Even though I could hear the motor when I pressed the button. K sprayed the nozzles with warm water and used a soft bristle brush, trying to clean the heads. No luck. Is there anything else I can do or do I just need to trash it? If you had asked me a couple of months ago if I would recommend this to any one, I would have said yes....not so sure now.

I have had my Swiffer Wet Jet for about two years. In that length of time, it's been a great cleaning tool. The spray unit has been operating as it always had. The other day, I put in a new fluid refill and it POURED out of the Swiffer, using up three-quarters of the refill on about 100 square feet of flooring. I tried it with another refill. Same thing. Two years. That's about what you get out of a Wet Jet unit, whether it's a faulty sprayer or a leaky wet mop.

I always loved my Swiffer WetJet for my tile and wood floors. Tile is in the kitchen, sunroom, and laundry room. The rest of the house is wood floors. Unfortunately, it seems the Wetjet only lasts about 2 years before it stops spraying completely. Sometimes, it stops for a time in between uses, but I am always able to get it going again. I bought one 10/28/2018 and one 11/30/2020. Now 12/27/22, 2 years later, I am getting ready to buy another one, because I absolutely CANNOT get it to spray! I love it when it works!

Works Amazing picked up so much dirt compared to the Sharkvac mop . easy to use the refills are easy to find to at a reasonable price. Wood Cleaner smells great too . The floors are also squeaky clean no sticky residue .People who say the Handle Breaks.. yes mind did too poor quality product but with this updated model I think they reinforced the handle or changed it because this one has lasted as promised.

We found an empty unit and my wife bought a refill which I refused to be used since it could not be found unscented and could not be refilled with a simpler unscented mixture. This is a disposable nightmare garbage creator. Shame on you for building it.
