I got this because the oven in my apartment was around 50 degrees too hot every time I tried to bake something. Got this, and I haven't burned anything since. My property manager got my oven fixed finally, but this will help me make sure it stays that way. As previous reviews have stated, it does potentially fall off too easily if you hang it, but I've only noticed that happening when I have to pull the shelf I've hung it from out. As long as I don't need to move the shelf, this thing is great! Or you can put it on the bottom of your oven and you don't have to worry about a thing!
We have had this oven thermometer for a few months and it has already broken. This is because it is very easily knocked off of the grills if hung from its hook, and it broke after falling twice. If you use it by hanging it, as we did, be aware that this is a major concern!

The only thing I didn’t like about this product is that I could notngetitto hang forward. It didn’t have a wide enough space on top
Confirmed that my (electric) oven at 400° was, indeed, at 400°. Checked for hot spots, good to know I'm good to go!
Need to know oven’s accurate temperature. This is perfect for that.
This thermometer registers temperatures slightly higher than in reality
Seems to record the oven temp accurately enough. I have 3 hanging in my oven and they all seem to register the same plus/minus 5 degrees.
