Bought as gift, looked just like the picture and seems like good quality. I would order again.

So disappointed. The "personalization" is just a sticker on the outside. I could have made this at home with my printer. The teachers that I'm giving them to won't even be able to handwash it without ruining the sticker. The description intentionally leaves off the fact that it's not dishwasher safe and the printing isn't sealed within the plastic which is the standard expectation. Also, the name is too small to even read.

This item was well made and will be a nice gift. I had hoped it would come in other colors and felt it was a little pricey, thus the 4 stars.
