Oh how we are in love with our Elf Alfie. She has outfits that she wears when she come back to our house from the North Pole. We always find her in the oddest locations. This product is well made. The doll face is pretty and the fabric is ready to go anywhere. We Love Alfie so much that I'm going to get the boy so she has a friend to hang out with. YEAH!
the product itself is spot on, the problem was the shipping. When the package arrived ther wasn't an elf in the box. According to customer service this wasn't the first report of this type of issue. A replacement was quickly sent. Their response was swift. Thanks for the great customer service!

We ordered a brown skin, brown eyed elf, but we received a white elf. We already had a white elf. Slightly disappointed.

I love the Elf of the Shelf. I don't move it around every night, I use it to decorate during the holidays. It's goes well with my Christmas decorations. Planning on getting a few more. If you're planning on using it to decorate, I say go for it. It's a great conversation starter.
