Aids in the prevention of dental cavities.
Directions
Shake well before use. Adults and children 12 or older: After brushing with toothpaste, vigorously swish with 10 ml (1/3 ounce) once a day for 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Children 6-12 years old: Supervise use and instruct in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Children under 6: Consult a doctor or dentist.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Sodium Fluoride (0.05%) (0.02% w/v Fluoride Ion). Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water. Vegetable Glycerin, Aloe Vera Gel, Sodium Phosphate Monobasic. Xylitol. Natural Flavors, Olivamidopropyl Betaine (sourced from olives), Citric Acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Menthol.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center. Do not use if the safety seal is missing or broken. This rinse is not intended to replace brushing or flossing.

It has a terrible taste. I’m using it but as soon as I finish the rinse I put water on my tongue. It’s all natural but they need to work on the flavor.
