The Seasons Collection® Cotton Year Round Warmth White Goose Down Comforter

Perfect for the climate in SoCal -- not too warm, but warm enough.

This blanket is 14 lbs. FOURTEEN POUNDS. Every night I put on this blanket, and of course it’s warm and cozy, but I wake up in the middle of the night because I’m so uncomfortable by how heavy it is. This is heavier than most weighted blankets. It’s too late to return, but I wish it wasn’t. I need to buy a new comforter.

The center of the comfortable ends up with almost no down because it all has moved to the outside squares. I have owned many down comforters but this is the first with this issue. The comforter can no longer be used and will be discarded. I have had it a year, and even if I could find the receipt I doubt it could be returned. Do not buy.

Here are three elements I found intriguing concerning the comforter. Additionally, I am yet to sleep beneath the comforter; however, I have confidence in my perspicacity. Running hot or cold will most likely not be a concern. The fill material does not appear to have much movement; therefore, hot and cold spots are unlikely to develop. My experimentation consisted of vigorously kneading my hands on the comforter—like that of dough—to check for fill movement. The texture is the perfect balance between a crisp and soft feel. However, it could be abrasive on sensitive skin—I, personally, have super sensitive skin and was not agitated. Consequently, most people will be fine. I believe the comforter has the potential to wrinkle. The amount of wrinkling is unbeknownst, though I would expect lots of small wrinkles. Regarding the comforter, this is my only concern.

Its beautiful, good quality and for the price you can’t beat it.

This comforter is soft and cushy. It holds up well. I highly recommend it!

This is the best comforter I've ever owned. I look forward to getting in to bed. It's light but warm and large enough for extra roominess.
