Needed a new pillow due to increase headaches, stiff neck and upper shoulders. I am a side sleeper and have a hard time finding pillows. This one is perfect!!!!! Medium support and perfect for side sleeping. I tend to sleep more on the knit side but my husband steals my pillow after I get up and flips it to the gel side. He is also a side sleeper and sleeps very hot. He loves it as well. We are considering getting one for him.
very disappoined in therapedic cooling gel. there is no cooling action to this pilliow. the memory foam is like sleeping on a hard heavy object

This is a good pillow but sleeps a bit hot and the side with the Hexagons did not like the feel of this side. I do like the other side.
The pillow is a good pillow but ofc not that great either. It goes flat pretty fast once u lay ur head on it maybe thats the foam part but if u put another pillow under it its far too high an ur neck will start to hurt. Im a dedicated side sleeper lol an it works very good for it but it wasnt what i expected i didnt think it would fall so flat once ur asleep on it. Im always finding myself waking up to let it come back to life. Im happy i got it cause its way better than the pillows that start off all fluffy an ends up with cotton seperated an ur head on the bed or ur having to find tricks to get it to be cozy for sleep. An its def WAY better than feather pillows. Over all im sure you could get a better find but its better than other pillows u might waste money on. Over all 3 stars sit well with me.
I tried sleeping on it for two nights. Both mornings, I woke up with painful stiff neck and shoulders.
I’ve owned this pillow for 5 years, it is gross now but I loved it so much and tried so many other pillows that were awful in comparison. I’m so happy I found it again here! 5 years in and the pillow’s still kept its shape
I purchased two of these in February of this year (it's now November) and they are wonderful, However, I noticed that even though I switch the two pillow positions every time I wash sheets, one of them has lost its thickness. It's half as thick as the other one now and I have no idea why. It's memory foam, so it's not like I can fluff it. The other one is just as thick and comfortable as it was when I bought it, so maybe I got a dud? I may just buy some more foam to pad it up.
I totally love this pillow..It keeps my head cool at night and when it's cold turn over and other side is amazing & comfy as well!! So glad I took the chance and bought it,now if I can find the mattress pad/topper by the same brand,I'll b sooo happy!!!
This pillow is amazing! I fall asleep so much faster with this pillow. I prefer to sleep on the gel side, but both sides are excellent.
An excellent pillow for the cost. I researched this to death too and feel I got the best value for money. Love bed bath and beyond’s same day delivery too.
