Good quality for a moderate price.

Not a bad deal if purchased on sale, at a very discounted price, but otherwise very overpriced for what it delivers. The packaging leads you to believe that there's a substantial pad inside. It's mostly cardboard stiffener. The pad itself isn't much thicker than a flannel sheet, a very thin fabric overlaying an impermeable plastic layer. It effectively prevents moisture from reaching the mattress - which is good - but is sweaty and not very comfortable to sleep on - which is not so good. It says it is machine washable, but I do not know how many washes it will take before the polyester backing flakes off. I gave it two stars mostly because the price and the product description imply that it is a better product than what you get. If the description contained less puffery and the product was priced more realistically, I might have given four stars based on rating it for what it actually is not what it claims to be.

I don't dispute the good reviews for this mattress protector, but the description claims that it will fit up to a 15-inch mattress. NOT! I have a 13-inch mattress and the skirt of this mattress protector BARELY reaches the bottom of the mattress, with not quite enough to make it fit. Don't bother with this item unless the thickness or your mattress is 11 inches or less; 12 inches would be marginal.

I purchased this mattress cover to function as a cover only and not as a padded mattress topper. It is perfect as a cover for my deep (15”) queen-size mattress and fits smoothly across both the top and sides. The corners fit down and slightly under the mattress assuring that they will not pull up. I washed the cover prior to use and it came out great using the manufacturer’s instructions. This cover is considered moisture resistant and I can feel a layer of something, but no crackling sound. This cover is of good quality and, therefore, a good value to me.

this is perfect. i dont sleep sweat anymore ! the raised surface as you see in the pic allows airflow between you and the plastick backing. i stoped night sweating night 1 using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Therapedic Multi Solution Fitted Mattress Protector is great. It helps me sleep more sound and comfortably; I don't wake up during the night too hot or sweating anymore. It has temperature regulating technology which is a bonus. It's very soft too; you don't even know it's there. It fits my mattress perfectly and is machine washable. It it also waterproof, so protects the mattress from any spills or stains too. I would recommend it.
