Totally in love with Breville Smart Oven Pro, the instant read thermometer and the two utensil crocks.
I use this thermometer for all my bread making. It’s a great little tool.
Read the instructions before using
I enjoy cooking and that includes a lot of roasting. I do NOT enjoy overcooked chicken and meats so this tool is awesome. There are more expensive ones you can buy but why? This one works like a charm. I love it so much I have given it as gifts. When I travel I keep one in my checked luggage in case I have an opportunity to roast or BBQ during my travels.
I love this thermometer. I use it all the time to test the temperature of whatever I am cooking or roasting. I've bought them as gifts for all the family. I even travel with one in my checked luggage in case my host doesn't have one when I offer to prepare a meal at their home when I visit!
