The top hem was completely missed and within 60 days the stitching was coming off the surface design. BBB told me that they couldn’t exchange it because the exact color was no longer available, UGG customer service chat & text both said they couldn’t help and to contact BBB. I now have the option of living with a rapidly deteriorating comforter or get a refund. This is my first UGG purchase and will be my last. I don’t choose to give my money to people who don’t stand behind the product they put their name on.

I just received my Ugg Avery 3 pc comforter set and I absolutely love it! It is ultra plush on the outside and super soft and cozy on the inside. It’s like having a comforter and blanket all in one but you don’t have to change a duvet cover:) It keeps me so warm that I don’t need any blanket( I was sleeping with 3 blankets on top of me). It is reversible so you can have the clean white look from the comforter and pillow cases and the sherpa is so soft.

this blanket is very soft and comfortable. When I went to wash it I washed it on cold and dried it on low heat like the label says. when I got it out of the dryer, I could smell that something had melted and it was the Sherpa. if you get this blanket, either hang dry it or dry it on no heat.

I bought this in Queen size color Ocean ribbed for my son and King size Snow for me. These blankets are great but washing them is a bit of a nightmare. I have to go to the laundromat, okay so maybe I need to invest in a larger washing machine. The big kicker is that drying them literally takes hours! There is no way that you can hope to dry these at all on low temp. High temp barely works. Even at the laundromat I gave up and took it home to finish and two hours later STILL not dry. Looks like I also need a larger dryer too?? I hate going to the laundromat because my comforters can't be cleaned at home. It is 3 am and I am still trying to get the king size comforter dry. My washer and dryer are perfect for any normal load it's just these comforters that are a problem. Keep this in mind if you decide to purchase a queen or king and have a "normal" size washer and dyer.
