Great quality, weighted cover

Really excited for this cover, but the first one had stains on the white side (looks like the die bled). Ordered a replacement, exact same thing. Since it’s dry clean only, we can’t even wash it. Very disappointed.

I dont understand the great reviews so I reordered and will try again. Mine arrived full of feathers and with a massive dye stain in two sections alone the entire duvet. Only the shams were OK. Very soft and was not shrunken so I know it was not laundered at someone’s home, but that was my first thought. The feathers (no this is now down filled in any way) were dry and never been wet. It came from china like this. BBB and Ugg have to do better. No pretty like the ridgefield but soft and warm, plain enough to use with a decorative warm throw. Awaiting to see if the replacement is damaged.

Defective, maybe from someone’s house- possibly a return?? Only BBB knows! However, soft it is it has several blue gray streaks as if it’s a bleed from washing and being rolled up wet. It had feathers inside the duvet, but not outside the cover. This leads me to believe it wasn’t washed at someone’s home and dried in a drier, because there’s no shrinkage or other telltale signs of being used elsewhere. This is no quality control and BBB not being stringent enough with it’s venders. See my pictures. With Fortunoff, Sears, and Lord&Taylor, closed I and others only have BBB for household goods. I need a fix!!!

My husband and I love this cover. I love that both sides have the same soft texture. Many of their covers have different materials on each side. I only wish the gray was a solid gray. It has a mixture of gray and white when you run your fingers through it.

This is by far one of the softest and best blankets I've ever bought and I buy a new one every year. HOWEVER I was not able to use it a duvet cover because it was too heavy. It actually got rid of the comforter abd just use its now. It's super warm, thick and heavy. I'm conflicted on stars. It's amazing but as a duvet cover not so much lol

This duvet cover set is very soft, like running your hand through a cloud. It’s surprisingly heavy, and when you insert your duvet it becomes almost too heavy to handle alone. I had to ask my husband to help me shake the duvet into place. The main reason why I bought this was to replace another faux blanket my husband bought through Amazon. It was shedding and pilling on our sheets terribly, even after several washes. I took a gamble purchasing this Ugg set hoping the higher price meant better quality. I’m not disappointed. Straight out of the bag, I tested for shedding by rubbing my black pillow case all over it. No major shedding! Win! My husband also has an affinity for soft things and is very picky but he definitely likes this comforter set. It’s very toasty. I’m usually freezing when I get in bed, but this duvet cover keeps me warm. The only bummer about our set is we discovered a quarter sized hole on the furry side of one of the pillow cases. Normally I’d request an exchange, but I can repair the hole. Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase.
