Great until it stopped working within 2 months and because I called 5 days after the 60 days they wouldn’t allow me to exchange it.

Stopped working after three months. Convenient that the return window is 90 days.

It stopped working in 2 months.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas, and she fell in love with it, took it with us on a road trip and just stopped working…return/exchange process was held up due to this being a discontinued item on top of it not working.

This worked great until it didn’t 2 months after buying this the heat stopped working

I don’t understand the negative reviews on this. I’ve had mine for about 3 weeks and it works perfectly fine. It is so soft and gets really warm! It does have a timer and will turn off when the timer is up. You have to switch it off and then back on for it to start again. I’m so happy I didn’t listen to the other reviews!

I received this Ugg blanket for Christmas this year and it has 100% been my favorite gift ever. It is so soft and luxurious. This blanket gets daily use for hours. It warms up nicely and you really don’t feel the wires. Hopefully I don’t have any of the malfunctioning issues that I’ve read in the other reviews, but so far, this blanket has exceeded my expectations. It even washes well. My only problem is that I wish it was bigger so that the kids and cat would move over. My husband’s money well spent!
