Currently this is 4.8/5, but should be a 5/5. Some of the "cons" customers have listed are "unsafe", "boring", and "heavy". First off, it is NOT unsafe if you use it properly, period. Next,it is definitely NOT boring, as my 2 year-old son can coast it all day. And heavy? Really?! It weighs a whopping 37 lbs, which is heavy enough to make it a stable product, and subsequently lends to its safety. It's also prepping my son for what I see is our many fun trips to Cedar Point. When my son is having a good time, I'm having a good time. Overall this a super fun product. In winter, I will bring it to my basement so that my little boy can use it there too. 5/5
The product itself is great. I bought one of these thirty years ago and my kids loved it. It got many years of use. I don't have a problem with the product itself. As a Boomer, I miss the days of going into a local store and seeing the condition of an item fairly quickly. You always knew when something was brand new or returned and could avoid a used item. Today, with all these on-line retailers, you never know what you're going to get. I thought BuyBuyBaby was different than the giants but I received this product that I bought for my grandchildren and one of the pieces is dirty and greasy. Another is scratched. I tried to start a return but this retailer does not have an option of having the item picked up at your door as Amazon does. I would have to return it to a Fed Ex facility and the box is bulky. I purposely didn't buy this on Amazon because they are notorious for sending items that may or may not have been used and returned. Nothing is wrapped in plastic anymore. All the pieces are loose and scratched, if not downright dirty as in the case of this item from BuyBuyBaby. We consumers need to demand better from all retailers. I personally am done with Little Tykes and Step 2 products because I'm starting to believe they no longer make new products but sell returned or used one. I'm just being flippant here but I have had a lot of issues with these two brands lately. Buyer Beware is the slogan for today's on-line shopping with these big retailers.

I bought this roller coaster years ago for my grandchild who live near us. Just purchased another one to send to our grandchildren across the country. They have all loved it. I even used it for a block party one year and the kids couldn't stop taking turns having rides. Well made and wonderful product. Very easy to set up and take down.

I bought this for my grandson. He is only 15 months and I thought he would need to grow into it. He loves it!!! The rollercoaster is very secure and safe!! One of my favorite purchases for when grandkids visit.
I’m giving this up & down coaster 5 stars even though I have not opened the box. I’m confident my 20 month old grandson is going to love it, and as is all the other fine Step2 products I’ve either been given or have purchased have been well built and greatly loved by my grandson and I know will continue to be lived by my next grandchild due in June 2023. We have their work bench, sports slide, sand & water table, cottage playhouse and their push car. Service has been wonderful when I’ve requested replacement parts for everything that was given to us used. Representative Mary L has been fabulous to work with and very patient with my questions. I bought this for my 15 month old grandson. I thought initially he would be too young for it. He LOVES it!!! The coaster is extremely safe and goes the perfect speed. I’m so glad I finally bought it.
We have an 18 month old grandson - and he and his 2 year old buddy LOVED the coaster. It's very nicely made - rolls very well - and was shipped quickly and nicely packaged. We'll be getting an expansion pack soon I suspect!

Bought this as an Easter gift for our 2 1/2 year old grandbaby. She loved it straight out of the box. Super quick assembly, and hours of fun!

We were very disappointed with the speed of this roller coaster. My daughter is 3 and it did not go fast enough for her. Furthermore, it is not worth returning as the cost of shipping is too expensive.
