I set up this vertical garden easily and it was very beautiful. Now I always have fresh herbs to compose the taste in my favorite dishes.

The pieces of cedar I received were really wonderful and the cuts were perfect so that everything fit together well. Very important, however: the instructions say that you can build this by hand, but DON'T! It is incredibly hard to hand screw the pieces together (I tried for an hour). Once I borrowed a power drill from a friend, it took me 20 minutes to put together. Power drill only - otherwise you will be frustrated and tired!

After hours of putting the planter together we could not get things to align. After countless attempts my wife look at paper work and found a return slip from prior customer who had returned our planter due to defective parts. The planter was sent to us after no review or check of issues from prior customer. 4 plus hours of wasted time.

You do need to assemble, best with two people. My daughter and I did it together with a hand power drill. Please note they did provide the drill bit and we did not realize until we were almost completed.

This planter is great-looking in person and very solidly built. My only quibble is that it's quite vertical, so rain doesn't reach the lower levels, meaning more watering. Also, be warned, the assembly instructions are not great.

We love this! We live on the beach and have a small outdoor area so the vertical planter is perfect. Easy to assemble and fill with soil.
