We had a difficult time getting the order right. Our fault totally but the return process and was simple and generous. One phone call was all it took. Love the cups but the personalized service was special.

The porcelain from which the bowl is made is very refine. I purchased this with the intent to use it as a serving dish but find the size and depth limiting. The larger 14" bowl is more useful. The shape is elegant and functional.
