VTech® 4-in-1 Learning Letters Train™

My grandbaby loves this train and it is very helpful with teaching her new things. But that's now why I am writing a review. I am writing because the customer service from Buy Buy Baby was incredible. I purchased this toy, and somehow my old address saved when I purchased it, not the new one that I entered. I contact BBB and they told me I would get a replacement to my current address. A few days later, I received a refund instead. I contacted them again and they told me that the toy was sold out and that is why I was issued a refund instead of a replacement. I was disappointed but understood what had to be done. About a week later I got an email saying my shipment was on its way. The email showed the train and a $0 charge for it. Not only did they get this gift to us in time for Christmas but they didn't charge me for it and really made my day! Thank you BBB for being amazing and loving your customers. I'll definitely be doing more shopping because of that!

this is a very great toy. and its worth every penny. highly recommend

my baby is 1 year old, and he loveeeeee this sooooo muchhhhh, its so many ways to play. one toy can play 4 or 5 ways, this is good for him to learn speech too.

When I saw this VTech learning toy, I thought what a perfect gift for young kids who are learning their numbers, etc.

My 2 year old Grandson was given this for his Birthday and loved it. He could ride on it and play with the many activities attached. Thumbs up!

It's one of very few "larger" toys that I've let them have (because usually they are just huge toys that take up space and is never used). My kids play with this train daily, especially my almost three year old. It's by far his favorite toy. He can press buttons, listen to songs, ride a train all with one toy. I'm happy because he's learning his letters and he's happy that he's playing. Win- win for sure.
