Not happy how this held up in wash and now over 30 days to return, Navy pills all over the towels after washing. Sent to my son for his new house and did not hold up at all

I've had this problem numerous times when ordering from BB&B. When will I learn? The return process at the store took a half and hour and it was still incorrect. Will think twice before ordering again.
