Love it for shoulders and overall body massages and rinsing. Helps keep shower walls clear of dried on soap. Waterpik brand shines through for the price.
I purchased this to replace a waterpik shower head that had lasted several years for us and we were quite happy with. This one is clearly not the same quality as the previous one and does not feel like it would last 6 months. It also has lesser settings than the previous model, which anyone with thick hair knows how important settings are to remove conditioner from hair. We will be returning this product for the comparable Moen that hopefully is better quality.

Expected it to feel like the predessor I had but this was weak, I ended up switching the hose on the previous version as that's all I really needed to replace anyway.

This is a great shower head for the price. I prefer strong water pressure in my shower, and this water pressure is pretty good considering the regulations on water flow. I was able to rinse my hair quickly. I installed it easily in just a few minutes, no tools or tape needed. The instructions referred to a “ridges side” ands a “smooth side” of the hose, but my hose came with no ridged side, Both sides were smooth. It made me pause and check my parts again, but made no difference in the install process.
Twin turbo heads really deliver the pulsating punch!
The showerhead itself is good. However, the metal cord is way too stiff. It does not hang straight down at all as the photo leads you to believe. It also mounts very high so it is not a good choice for shorter people. I am not nearly as pleased as I was with my previous PVC Waterpik that broke.
