This is my second waterpik. I wore the first one completely out and decided it was time to get a new one. This one is even better. The water tube goes all the way to the bottom where the frist one had to be drained of the last drops. Love it.
I loved this product because it made cleaning food out of my braces a breeze. But it wasn’t until recently that I found black mold at the very bottom of the reservoir where you are unable to reach. I tried soaking it in a water/vinegar solution but, no luck getting it off. I just think it’s a huge design flaw to not be able to fully take apart the reservoir for a deep clean. I wish I would’ve noticed sooner but with my busy schedule, I was oblivious. I trusted this product to keep me hygienic, but instead I got mold exposure.

I liked using this Waterpik. I thought the pressure was just right. I did have a problem with not being able to open the reservoir to clean it. The User Manual says that it is dishwasher safe, but I don't see how a dishwasher is going to clean the inside of the reservoir, since the holes are so small. Anyway, that is not the most important problem. This abruptly stopped working after 18 months. It is fully charged, but when I press the power button, nothing happens. It cannot be returned to BB&B, but it is within the 2-year warranty, so I guess I will have to deal with the manufacturer. Bummer.
Doesn't hold enough water and has less power than the countertop model. It is easier to carry when traveling.

We previously had the Water Pik Ultra. It had much more power than this and the reservoir was larger. The cordless has a small reservoir and not nearly the same power as the Ultra. I find trying to navigate the cordless around your mouth is not easy.
My wife and I love this portable water pik, we keep it in the shower so it’s very convenient to use and clean

The other machines were too loud and very bulky to travel with. This model had very low noise in comparison. As well, the 2 settings were all I needed. All the residue came out during the timeout of the low setting. Yes, using the high setting caused the entire process to be quicker, but then by refilling and immediately using the high setting I noticed that no additional residue came out. BOTTOM LINE: Low noise, all mouth residue gone at low power setting, and easy to pack for traveling met my needs!
