This showerhead works great! Has dual water output and can switch over to hand held in a breeze. No complaints
The main shower head moves down when trying to get handheld out of the bracket. Had to purchase a separate handheld bracket to go on the wall, to allow the main shower head to stay in one position. Not sure if I'm going to keep or not.

The shower head is just what we were looking for. I can use the sprayer when I want to rinse something off as I clean and my husband and I can each choose our own settings. It was a breeze to install and, so far, so good.
I upgraded from a standard shower head from 1998.. I love this showerhead!
This shower head was useless. Water only trickled out when using both heads. Returned the item.

|Hello NANCY - We are sorry you were unhappy with the model. Federal, state, and local governments regulate shower head GPM (gallons per minute). The amount of water allowed to pass through the J-pipe varies depending on location and regulations. When used simultaneously, the total flow rate will not exceed the rated flow rate, thus you will have half of the flow in each shower head. We do offer a flow regulator kit if you reside in an eligible area. https://www.waterpik.com/shower-head/rrkit/
This finished off my new tub to walk in tub conversion. It looks and works great
Barely any water comes out of this, if you use both shower heads at same time. If only using main shower head, pressure not much better. We returned the item.

Love the shower head and all it's adjustments for different pulses. Attached easily. Easy to clean.
Very nice and easy to install. Price was good for the product.
I wish I would have listened to the reviewer who said this shower head combo has no pressure. Not only does it not have pressure, it feels like it was cheaply made. The handheld portion does not release from the base easy, there are not enough choices of streams from the main head and the handheld head. I should have returned this item. More importantly, is I ended up buying this showere head because they cancelled my original choice stating out of stock, although it was still showing available on the website.
