We've used Waterpik products for years and rely on the name. Recently, my wife replaced an old shower head with this unit. When I installed it, the hose felt very rigid but I thought it would soften with use. After using it several times, my wife said it hadn't. I used a hair dryer on it, massaged it thoroughly, and ran hot water through it, leaving it hanging straight, but it didn't help. It's just very unpleasant to use.

Got this for my mother’s place, her brand new plastic one was leaking. She says this one is perfect

Head is good but plastic hose is terrible inconvenient …

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this head up for my new place which had extremely low water pressure. This shower head saved the day. The pause button is super handy. The head is light, yet seemingly indestructible. All in all, a very useful shower head. I would strongly recommend for low water pressure situations. It did the trick for me!

Love the powerful massager.
The description stated that it's pause button would reduce the water to a trickle so water consumption would be less (when washing the hair or whatever). That is not the case. The water was reduced by maybe 1/2 which still left a substantial flow. The pause button was an important factor for me so I am returning this item. I gave 2 stars because the other settings were ok, and the install was really easy.

|Hello there - We are sorry to see that you were not completely satisfied with the unit. Plumbing regulations prohibit the option for allowing a function to completely restrict the flow of water. Completely shutting off or restricting flow rate to less than .5 GPM can allow scalding water to briefly burst out of the product when the flow rate is returned to full flow mode. This is due to the hot water rising to the top in the shower wall pipe. The water saving trickle setting does vary from unit to unit. Any water reduction by at least ½ of the original pressure is considered a “water saving trickle”.
Easy to install. Water pressure not as hard as I'd like, but it works well
