Waste of money. Bought this in May of this year and by the end of August the rope disconnected on the inside and will not open. Not an easy way to open crank mechanism to try and fix it. Junk going out on the trash tonight. The one I replace it for I had for five years still works just it had faded.
I do not have the capability to send a photo, but love the product.
