Westwood Design Skylar Swivel Glider and Recliner

THE GOOD -The chair is light weight and I found it very easy to put together no hardware required. THE BAD - The "right ear" creaks when you move the chair in any position especially gliding. I had 3 different people look at it and make sure it's assembled correctly. It is definitely creaking due to manufacturer defect. Seriously!! Very upset about this as it was needed for a nursery ASAP with the baby already here. I disposed of the box which you can imagine was not a little box. So now what do I return it in?? Nothing. I have to keep it. Do you think that I can afford the shipping costs? I need a replacement part and can't get it. I read the reviews prior to purchasing but still gave it a chance. Hide sight is 20/20.

We got this chair and set it up when we went to use the chair the recliner would not work and the handle was not attached to anything it was comfortable but we returned and will not buy again

After we put this together and opened the recliner once, the reclining mechanism broke. I called customer service and was on the phone for 45 minutes only to be told the only way to get a refund is to return the chair. This is a huge inconvenience. The chair looks nice and is comfortable but it’s obvious the quality is poor and customer service is not helpful.

Bought this for our second baby and with limited space didn’t want an ottoman so decided to get a chair that reclines. The originally wanted wasnt in stock and I’m so glad it wasn’t. The chair is beautiful! It’s more of a beige color although the picture makes it look gray and I actually love that more since it will be a nice neutral piece for whatever color baby girls room is in the future. The fabric is thick and a looks like it will hold up well to any milk spills. Very happy with this purchase!

chair was very easy to put together. it’s pretty, rocks/glides well. other reviews say the foot rest is hard to lock back into place and i didn’t really believe them. that was a mistake. it’s NOT like any ordinary recliner... it’s way harder than that. i have to physically bend over and use my hands and a lot of force to lock it into place. how i’m going to manage that when my hands are full with a baby, i don’t know yet.

It is very comfortable and super cute. I love it!

After reading the other reviews, I was hesitant. But the chair shipped fast and easy to put together. Other reviews states the recliner was hard to put down. It’s like any other recliner, you just have to sit up a little to get the footrest down. Nice material and comfortable!

I will literally NEVER order anything from BB&B ever again. While the chair is nice it took 3 months to even process the order to have it shipped. An absolute farce. I hate this store.
