Fridge side was damaged . But it worked well

Very happy with the refrigerator itself. However I just can’t give it 5 stars simply because the way Fed Ex delivered it. One huge dent in the refrigerator and a smaller one on the freezer door. After months and months of Fed Ex having numerous problems with their deliveries . It’s one thing if they don’t have a choice of what company but when we live on the outskirts of Atlanta. Plenty of choices. They did give me credit for the condition of the refrigerator.

This unit came with a large dent on the top and the store would not refund for the damage. The other unit they had in the store was boxed similar to ours. The bottom of the box had excessive tape that we did not notice until unpacking in our sons’ dorm. Either the store is selling returned items or they were damaged in shipping. It works, but not happy with dent and poor service.

Fridge was perfect in regards to size and freezer space! I highly suggest unpacking and checking it out. Unfortunately, we didn’t unpack it until we were at our daughters dorm. Multiple dents!!!

The refrigerator does not have a bin drawer. I have had it two weeks and it has ice forming on the back wall. I have adjusted the temperature, made sure doors were closed, checked the seals, called the company - nothing. Very unhappy with product.

The BB&B employee who brought my refrigerator/freezer to my vehicle to Load it was very sweet, funny, and helpful. Just want to remind loaders that freezer/refrigerators SHOULD NEVER BE LOADED IN ANY OTHER WAY THEN TOP UP/BOTTOM DOWN ! That’s what the ARROWS on the box mean. Sure hope mine works!!!

This refrigerator is as good as it gets. The feezer compartment does a great job. Small yet lives up to the big Whirlpool name.

It’s holding up good in my son’s dorm.
