I used this to cook bacon in the oven and the grease was contained. It hardly got on my baking sheet even though I made lattice squares out of the bacon, making it pretty thick it got nice and crispy with very little mess. I had the oven set at 400 degrees too.
This parchment paper is a little more waxy than the previous brand I had. I personally like the less waxy feel but this does the job. This feels more like wax paper.

Much easier to use than regular parchment. Can easily mold it to the pan. Can also use it to broil.

Great non-stick paper at an extremely good price! I've even reused sheets for chocolate chip cookie baking with very good results! I've baked pizza pies on it as well as rolling off the sticky pizza pie dough itself. The tear-off strip on the box could be a bit sharper, but that's a very very minor point. The product itself is outstanding and available at a very very good price!

I HAD ALWAYS BOUGHT SMALLER ROLLS WITH LESS PARCHMENT THAN THIS LARGE ROLL THINKING THE SMALLER ROLLS WERE AS WIDE AS THIS LARGE BOX! WRONG, THERE ARE SEVERAL INCHES DIFFERENCE! I THEREFORE AM THRILLED WITH MY PURCHASE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THANKS BBB!!
