This is a beautiful piece of the flutes and pearls collection. I gave it 4 stars because it took 3 orders to get a good piece. The first 2 orders came with what appeared to be a manufacturing defect where the metal was speckled in the smooth areas or there were rough spots in the body of the pitcher where it was clearly supposed to be smooth.
Bought as a gift for friend who has other pieces in this pattern. She was very pleased & used it immediately.
This pitcher is well made and very beautiful. However, this is the third exact pitcher I have ordered from BBB in hopes that I would receive one in good condition. I'm not sure if it was damaged during packaging or if the pitcher had been previously used and returned. But the one I received looked like it had dried food or drink stuck to it. And also it was scratched and very dinged up. I am sad to have to return it because I love it. But I'm just disappointed with its condition upon receiving
