These pans are perfect for dividing a Keto cheesecake recipe in half. Perfect for two people. We used for our Christmas cheesecake and it worked perfectly. Like other springform pans, if you use a water bath, make sure to wrap in foil for waterproof seal

I’ve always used the 4in pans that they have offered and they’ve been wonderful. I use them daily and they last 2 years. This shipment showed up and the pans are not 4in. 1/2 of the levers broke the first time I used them. The only reason I didn’t send back is I tossed all the packaging as I opened them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 packs of these. Out of the six tins, maybe three of them weren't bent to all hell, beyond usability. The packaging looked fine on the outside, but it's really difficult to see past the paper insert to tell whether or not the pans are ok. I returned them.
