I have been using this for approx. 6 weeks. My allergies symptoms can wake me multiple times while I am sleeping. I tried two other air purifier before this one (both cost less than this one) and returned both. Then I tried Winix 6300-2 and was pleased from the first night and every night since. The air in the room is incredible, and my PND is 90% gone. The automatic setting is an energy saver and very quiet. This machine also has a remote control which is very convenient. My Bedroom is approx 250 s.f., ceilings are 8 ft..
Air cleaner is ok at best Winix customer service stinks.If you call their call center you have to leave a message they may get back to you in a week.My pre filter tore so after I left a message and a week later got a call back they said they would ship a new one out.Its been over a month and still waiting, called back a left a message.

Purchased this product. It doesn't purifier the air. It doesn't work. Don't buy!!!
I purchased this air purifier one year and two months ago. I had no complaints until just recently when the unit started to smell hot, like something was burning. I contacted the manufacturer and because it was two months past the one year warranty they said there was nothing that could be done. If customer service is important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
Bought it in October 2021 and it’s making a terrible noise in the fan now.
This thing creates excessive ozone, which causes household items to off gas formaldehyde. My house is uninhabitable. All of my clothes are ruined. I probably need all new furniture. My house and my clothes are causing headaches, nausea, sore throat and difficulty breathing. I've been cleaning with baking soda and vinegar for days. I hope I can salvage some of my things. I hope someone is organizing a lawsuit. This "air purifier" is costing me thousands of dollars and possible permanent damage.
Doesnt do a great job removing odors
So far so good! Silent!!!
Works great! Notice the difference in the allergies!
Placed it in front of the central air center of my home and it has worked wonders.
