I've owned a few other less expensive scales and I’ve had issues from accuracy to application issues to syncing issues. This scale has given me no issues, easy to set up, and has a great app to use with it. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth sync features have worked flawlessly for me and the graphs and trending on the app are great. I was considering getting the cardio version of this scale, but in the end I use my heart rate tracking off my activity tracker for this data. Although it's not the same data, it serves my purpose for tracking my heart health and improvements. Spend the extra money for this scale, you'll love it! If you're not happy, take it back and try something else. As a side note, I’m getting the new Witlings HR Steel activity watch so that all my data aligns within the Witlings app, Garmin is doing the same thing. The scale looks beautiful and it connected to my WiFi right away! Stayed connected that entire first day. From then on, was disconnecting every day and required reset. I used it for several days and despite all resetting, the app only took 2 days. The app was reading wrong from Health app. Where I ran 8.5 miles, app said I ran 9.5. Where did that extra mile come from?? That’s so simple and it wasn’t right. Scale Shows my weight as 1-2 lbs more than my Taylor scale, weight taken same time and place. Shows body fat as 5% more than handheld measurer which is to be expected, but then also 1% higher than Taylor, which also measures it through feet. Shows my water level 2% less than Taylor. Not a keeper! It’s like a distorted glass the whole thing. Returned it

The only reason I purchased this scale was because it’s said to be Wi-Fi compatible and the HealthMate app is supposed to sync with the Apple Health app to track your body measurements. This scale does NEITHER. No matter what I have tried, it will not detect my Wi-Fi network (2.4ghz or 5.0ghz). I got past that and tried simply pairing to the HealthMate app via Bluetooth, and it tracks my weight on there, but then nothing syncs to the Apple Health app after the first measurement. At this price point, the product features should be more developed. There’s no point in having a “smart” scale if none of the smart features work. If you don’t care about the smart features, the scale is great. The design is good and its measurements (at least weight) seem accurate.
Love the scale, mostly. It records weight quickly, though it doesn't have the data my old scale used to provide. Its biggest failing (for me) is that it won't sync with Fitbit so I need to transfer that information manually. The Health Mate app it works with wants the user to sign on to yet another app for other functions, such as food intake. This app (My Fitness Pal) offers a free trial but charges $19.99/month after that. I like my Fitbit app and wish this scale played nice with others. The purchase from Bed Bath and Beyond was great. Received it the next day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find myself tracking my weight daily due to this smart scale and its intuitive app. Really easy to use. The only issue I have is that you need to be barefoot in order to use this scale. Besides that it is great!

Super easy to navigate within the app. Love all of the information the scale records. Definitely recommend purchasing this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes this Scale legit tells you weight then body fat muscle and water weight. It’s simple to set up. Just download the app and have ready when you first stand on it. It will ask you 4 steps and it’s pretty quick. Only thing I need to add was my wifi to the app so they could sink and bam. Done. Now I get in and it even has my name programmed. Immediately making me thinking about my health choices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's almost nothing this scale CAN'T do. The app and smart scale aspects work great, but most importantly the actual scale part is incredibly accurate. The other thing we love is how stylish it looks, we think it looks great in our bathroom.

It literally took a few mins to install, and within minutes I was able to see my weight, my BMI, my muscle mass, bone mass and more!
