Wycliff Sofa in Dark Grey

The lowest quality possible! I purchased two of these, one arrived already damaged, with tears on the fabric. Had to request a replacement. The replacement came with the same issue, but I decided to keep it as taking a sofa to my 2nd floor apartment wasn’t easy and the tears where at locations not visible after assembly. I am writing this review after 4 years of Very gentle use (one adult who usually isn’t home, without kids or pets). The wood frame of the replacement I mentioned above is broken (super cheap wood was used, something like fruit boxes material), and 3 of the springs are out of location (the plastic spring end holders are broken). Overall, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I received the first loveseat and it had a hole in the front and was very difficult getting it replaced. I had to borrow a truck to return it to the store even though I had paid for delivery. The couch arms are very hard and have almost no padding and you can feel the wood when you place your elbow in the arms. Very cheaply made and uncomfortable. It was difficult to put numerous pieces together. Some parts just wouldn’t click. Color was blue and not gray as stated and shown in picture. Don’t waste your money!

After no more than 1 year, the inner sponge started to move back as you see in the pictures, It's a low level furniture and not worth the real price, for sure.

i bought this couch and it snapped. the wood frame broke and it was past a year so I couldnt get a replacement. so disappointing

I love this couch. Everything about it was perfect and easy. Only thing is it’s more of a green then a gray

You get what you pay for. Its decently comfortable, but its not grey. It's more of a green, at first I thought it was just the lighting in my room, but then I move it into a different room and it was more of a cool green. I still like it, but not what I thought I was getting.

This couch is perfect for small couch super easy to out together no tools needed all slide into guides super easy my 10 year old helped me. Its nice but not a couch to play on or snuggle just a couch looks fabulous also cushions do not come off

The couch came with a damaged arm. The cushions to sit on aren’t the softest.
