I looked at many lighted mirrors in stores and online. The more research I did, the more I discovered that most lighted makeup mirrors (AKA vanity mirrors) have very dismal reviews. It was important to me to have a light that was powerful enough without any extra light source, dual magnification, large viewing circumference, and tall enough to use when standing. PROS: The light ring completely encompasses the entire circle on both sides and is very bright. I do not need any additional light source. The plastic does not get hot to the touch. Large mirror area allows you to see your entire face without moving. Double-sided magnification is great. Just remember on the magnified side you must get very close, otherwise it is a blur. The stand is substantial and there is no fear of tipping over or knocking it off the counter. The arm even swivels up and down for the perfect angle. If the light ring burns out you can purchase a replacement light. CONS: I do wish this was taller but it is almost impossible to find a really tall one. I am short and I still have to bend over to see details. The mirror flips over only in one direction and there are no markings to tell you which direction to flip. Annoying but not a deal-breaker. Pricey. After all this is mostly plastic but after seeing so many reviews and trying out many, you get what you pay for. I can't say enough about how bright this light really is and how much I am enjoying the product. I've wasted my money on others but this one is a keeper.
Like the size of the mirror and the stand. Its not sophisticated looking by any means, but it works. I really need a bright/accurate lighting mirror w/ a standard side and a magnified side (I switch back/forth during makeup application). I find the 10x magnification is too much for me for MU application (would be great for tweezing though) and flipping the mirror from side to side is awkward and the mirror stand tends to sink down each time = pain in the butt. I compared w/ my new Jerdon (Jerdon 5X/1X LED Lighted Makeup Mirror In White also available at B3) and found that the Zadro's light, while bright, gives off a slight greenish cast. I'm returning the Zadro and keeping the Jerdon, but this is a nice option if I didn't have access to the Jerdon one.

This is the 2nd one I 've purchased. The first one accidentally got knocked over and the mirror cracked. It is the best mirror for seeing up close to pluck brows, etc. Worth the price - I absolutely love it!
I have had several vanity mirrors over the years and paid as little as $20 and as much as $100. This mirror by Zadro beats them all. Why? The light! It is very bright and illuminates your face so you can see what you are doing. No more moving the mirror around the counter to catch the light. The pivoting mirror easily adjusts to your needs. So save your money and avoid those $100+ mirrors. Use a BBB coupon and get the best deal ever!
I have purchased other make up lights. This has a very nice color to the light. Bright enough and true color for applying makeup
Don't know what I would have done without this lighted mirror. I had to share a bathroom with others when we were away. When the bathroom was being used I was able to plunge it in for the light and put on my make-up and not be late for the wedding.
For years I have been looking for a truly bright magnifying mirror, and this one is perfect. The mirror isn't distorted which is a bonus. Great item.
I’ve had this mirror for 2 years and it’s been wonderful till it wasn’t. In flipping the mirror to take it from magnified to not, the “rope” for lack of better description broke, the mirror is no longer usable as it hangs from one side now. I’ve loved the mirror but I’m Pretty sure I should have gotten a lot more time Out of it for the money I paid.
This is the third vanity mirror I've purchased. I bought one for my mother and me 4 years ago. It has served us both very well. The light is bright and the magnification is just what we needed. I like the adjustable feature that allows me to raise and lower the mirror as needed. I had to buy a third one because I dropped mine and the mirror cracked. I was happy that the store still carries this product. I hope they never discontinue it!!
